Podiatry appts must be deemed necessary by your podiatrist
Membership must be entered into no later than 7 days after receiving your Achilles Foot Clinic Action Plan.
Non refundable deposit for orthotics must be made at casting/scanning appointment
Payment plans must be made by direct debit only
Missed payments may result in an additional fee to compensate for bank costs occurred
Membership is non transferable
Refund is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances and is at management’s discretion
