At this point, I understand that you have been recommended the Laser Fungal Nail Package and have decided to proceed with it. That’s great because it means we can all move on with getting you back to being active, mobile and doing the things you love.
The reason we offer these plans is to give patients the option of peace of mind knowing what the cost will be to achieve their goals versus pay-as-you-go and not being sure where it will end.
This Payment Plan will be taken by Direct Debt of €69.90 from your card once a week, 10 times. We will issue a receipt for the full amount once the plan is complete.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
6 treatments- sometimes more (x3 at Two Weekly Intervals, then x3 at Monthly Intervals)
Bur and Cut of infected nails on each visit
Follow-up appointments must be deemed necessary by your Achilles Foot Clinic clinician
Terms and Conditions;
Follow up appointments must be deemed necessary by your podiatrist
Payment plans must be made by direct debit only
Missed payments may result in an additional fee to compensate for bank costs incurred
Package is non-transferable
Refund is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances and is at management’s discretion
